I want to check my orders

You can check all of your order history and corresponding status in the My Orders page. Please scroll the table to the right to see every column.

There's an issue with my order

If your order is completed and you didn't get all of your cards please refresh your carnival tycoon game and double-check your album.
Also, please confirm that your username and invite-link are both correct as we hold orders where the invite link username doesn't match the username provided at checkout.
